Islas Ballestas

Our tour to the Ballestas Islands begins with pickup directly at the San Martín Cruise Port, Pisco, just a few metres from your ship, without the need to use the cruise shuttle buses. From there, we will travel to the Paracas tourist pier to begin an exciting navigation to the Ballestas Islands, where we will admire the famous Candelabra geoglyph and observe sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and various seabirds. Since it is a nature reserve, sightings of wild fauna are not guaranteed. Before boarding the vessel, a mandatory tourist tax of USD 7 per person must be paid. At the end of the sea tour, we will enjoy a 20-minute break to use the bathrooms and buy snacks. Later, we will continue with the second part of our adventure.

Continue your adventure discovering the secrets of the Inca Empire with a visit to Tambo Colorado, an archaeological jewel of the Peruvian coast. After exploring the Ballestas Islands, we will travel approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Paracas, enjoying the landscapes of the Pisco valley. Our guide will accompany you for 1 hour and 30 minutes through this archaeological complex, where you will discover ancient palaces, ceremonial courtyards, and adobe walls that retain traces of their original colours. You will learn how the Incas lived, the function of their constructions, and the importance of Tambo Colorado as the administrative centre of the Empire. 03 : 20 p.m. Arrival at San Martín Cruise Port. Excursion designed for cruisers, with organised transport and direct return to the port to board your ship with peace of mind.
