Depending on the date, you’ll either craft lemon ricotta ravioli with semolina flour, eggs, ricotta, lemon and Parmesan or roll and cut silky pappardelle pasta with semolina flour, egg and water.
As your pasta comes together, you’ll also simmer a rich roasted garlic tomato sauce with crushed tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasonings and plenty of garlic for that classic Italian comfort flavour. Come hungry, leave proud and take home pasta-making skills you’ll use again and again.
