What you can expect

  • Your journey begins at 10:00 AM with departure from Pula towards the spectacular Baredine Cave — the most famous speleological site in Istria.
Step into a fascinating underground world as you follow a 300-meter pathway through five beautifully illuminated chambers adorned with impressive stalactites, stalagmites, and remarkable calcite formations. The adventure concludes beside an underground lake, 60 metres below the surface, home to the mysterious olm — often called the “human fish”.
After exploring the wonders beneath the earth, the tour continues to the charming coastal town of Poreč — a place where Roman magnificence, Byzantine artistry, and Venetian elegance blend together in perfect harmony.
At the very heart of the old town stands Poreč’s crown jewel — the magnificent Euphrasian Basilica. Dating back to the 6th century, this extraordinary early Christian complex is one of the best-preserved in Europe and has proudly been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997.
Arrival in Poreč is planned for approximately 12:00 PM, where a local guide will lead you on an engaging one-hour tour through the town’s rich history and cultural landmarks. The tour is conducted in English.
After the guided tour, enjoy free time to savour lunch, stroll through the picturesque old streets, browse local shops, or simply soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere at your own pace.
Departure for Pula is scheduled for 3:00 PM, with an expected arrival around 4:00 PM.
