Overview

  • Tired of cookie-cutter cooking classes? Led by Dana with 15 years of hotel industry expertise, our private courtyard café offers a premium dual cultural experience: handmade dumpling cooking workshop + optional Chinese mahjong lesson.
You’ll learn to fold perfect traditional dumplings and cook classic dishes like Kung Pao Chicken, Yangzhou Fried Rice and chilli oil noodles. Our professional head chef (my husband) customises menus for Sichuan, Cantonese or regional flavours. After cooking, you can stay to learn the rules and fun gameplay of authentic Chinese mahjong.
