What you can expect

  • Get to know bronze whaler sharks and catch sight of other marine creatures on this thrilling boat trip from Cape Town. Get into a secure cage and be lowered into the water to witness sharks as part of your trip.

    Board the boat and enjoy the ride from the harbour to the dive site. Keep an eye out to see dolphins, whales, African penguins, and Cape Fur seals.

    Take part in an expedition where sharks will be attracted to the water's surface for you to meet them. Receive a full safety briefing so you feel secure if choosing to use the cage. Learn from experienced guides who are knowledgeable about the environment and behaviour of sharks.

    Enter the cage wearing wetsuits, boots and masks in a small group with others. Once inside, observe the sharks swimming in close proximity. Feel secure as the cage is submerged partially, with enough breathing room with your head and shoulders above the water to take a breath between the underwater viewings.
