    • This tour is scheduled to arrive back in Chiangmai around 7.00-7.30 pm. However, arrival time may be delayed due to various factors such as traffic congestion or weather conditions. Therefore, it is not recommended to make any other appointments immediately after the tour ends.
    • From May to October it is the rainy season. The tour runs even on rainy days, so please bring an umbrella or raincoat.
    • If your pickup window is between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM, the van may arrive at any time during this period. Please note that this does not mean the van will wait for 30 minutes. As this is a join-in tour involving pickups from multiple hotels, the exact pickup time cannot be predicted. We kindly ask that you be ready in the lobby from 7:00 AM. Due to traffic conditions or delays at other pickup locations, your pickup may be slightly delayed beyond 7:30 AM. We appreciate your understanding.
    • Please note that guests on different tour options may share the same van. In this case, guests who did not select the Longneck Village option will have some free time while other guests visit the Longneck Village. We appreciate your understanding.
    • A child needs to be accompanied by at least one adult.
