What you can expect

Learn how to cook Peruvian dishes in a cooking class in Cusco.

Meet us at the meeting point, and begin your Peruvian gastronomic experience.

Then head to the kitchen to prepare three Peruvian dishes and a pisco-based drink. During the class, learn about the traditional ingredients and techniques that make Peruvian cuisine so popular around the world.
Choose from the following dishes: quinoa with huancaína sauce, rocoto relleno, ceviche, lomo saltado and pisco sour. If you have any dietary preferences or special dietary needs, let the guide know when you make your reservation and they will accommodate your needs.

After approximately 3 hours of cooking and fun, you will have learned how to make authentic Peruvian dishes that you can recreate at home to impress your friends and family.
