From the historic centre of Santiago de Compostela, you’ll board a comfortable, modern, and climate-controlled coach. This marks the beginning of a special afternoon, designed for those who want to experience Christmas in all its splendour. No intermediate stops, no complications—just a direct journey to wonder. In just over an hour and a half, you’ll arrive at the heart of the most illuminated city in Europe.

And then, without warning, it happens: lights everywhere, giant figures, monumental Christmas trees, castles made of light, reindeer, ornaments, stars, and thousands of decorations filling every corner. Vigo welcomes you with open arms and a sky blanketed in millions of twinkling lights. It’s hard not to be moved. Hard not to stop and stare. Hard not to smile like a child.

The plan is simple: you’ll have several hours to explore the city at your own pace. Our group coordinator will provide helpful tips and directions beforehand. Head over to Gran Vía, where dazzling arches of light form magical tunnels, as if straight from a holiday film. Or lose yourself in the charming city centre, where every window, square, and street corner tells its own Christmas tale. If you’re up for it, hop on the giant Ferris wheel for a breathtaking view of Vigo lit up beneath your feet like a glowing blanket.

And of course, there’s no shortage of flavour. You'll find Galician food stalls, traditional sweets, mulled wine, hot chocolate, roasted chestnuts, and many more delights that turn this into a full sensory experience.

At the end of this magical evening, we’ll meet at the designated spot to return to Santiago. The journey back is calm, filled with smiles, excited chatter, and phones overflowing with photos and videos.
