Know before you book

What you can expect

Enjoy a delightful one-day tour in Fukuoka, starting at 08:50 AM at Lawson Hakata Station Chikushiguchi Store, located in front of the Oriental Hotel Fukuoka. The tour departs promptly at 09:00 AM, so please arrive on time. Your first stop is Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, dedicated to the god of learning, where you'll have 90 minutes of free time to explore the historic grounds and charming surroundings. Next, visit Nyoirinji Temple, famous for its hundreds of colourful wind chimes that carry visitors' wishes—write your own wish on a chime for 500 yen (note: chimes remain at the temple and are displayed from June 1 to September 30). In the afternoon, enjoy 140 minutes of free time in Yufuin, a picturesque town known for its local shops, scenic streets, and relaxing atmosphere—lunch is at your own expense. If you wish, you may return to Hakata Station via the scenic Yufuin no Mori sightseeing train (additional cost, advance booking required at least 3 days prior). The tour concludes at around 6:00 PM at Hakata Station.
