Step aboard our hybrid-electric ship. With floor to ceiling windows and comfortable seating, it’s the perfect way to enjoy a summer evening in Lofoten and saild towards the island of Skrova. Along the way we have the chance to spot europe’s largest eagle: the white-tailed eagles. These magestic birds have, just like us, been living and feasting of the rich waters of Lofoten for centuries.

Once on the island you’ll get a small walking tour to the restaurant. Here, in collaboration with Pop-up Norway, a new renowned guest chef takes over the kitchen and creates a 4 course menu in their own style that takes you on a journey through the culture of the region. The sommelier will pair each dish with a complimentary wine that can be ordered as a wine package for the experience.

On our way back, you can enjoy your dessert in the evening sun on the back deck and order a last drink from our cafe/bar on board. If weather and time allows, we will use our underwater drone to have a peak under the surface of the water and livestream it on our TV’s.
