What you can expect

  • Discover local producers with Fanny. She opens the doors of her cooking workshop in the heart of Old Lyon, where you will have the opportunity to create a tasty, complete, seasonal, and locavore menu.

    • Market visit and selection of produce: head to the Saint-Antoine market, just opposite the cooking studio, to choose the best local produce for your menu. Take advantage of this moment to discover the riches of the local area and support small producers. Except on Mondays, when the market is not held.

    • Menu preparation: Back at the workshop, get your hands dirty and learn to master the culinary techniques to prepare your seasonal meal.

    • Food tasting and sharing: After the preparation, enjoy your menu together, accompanied by a wine selected from local producers at an additional cost. Or you can also take your dishes with you and continue the experience at home.

    At the end of the workshop, you will leave with the pride of having cooked with local and seasonal produce.
