A former cheese-making farmer who raised dairy sheep and processed milk on the farm using organic methods, Fanny has now become a cook and cheese maker.
This cheese and food enthusiast will take you into a world of local producers, happy animals, flowery meadows…
Together, we will dip our hands into the milk and then into the curd, and using cheesemaking techniques, we will stretch this cheese to create mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, and a braid.
This workshop is located in Vieux-Lyon, with the Saône River as a backdrop, at 16 Quai Romain Rolland, Lyon 5.
Don't forget to bring containers to take your creations home.
The milk used is raw and unpasteurized for an authentic artisanal experience.
