Dive into an ancient experience in the middle of the Mayan jungle: a temazcal guided by a shaman who will take you on a journey of purification, connection, and renewal. It begins with the ceremony at the four cardinal points and the lighting of the “fire eagle,” where red-hot volcanic stones—known as “grandmothers”—are placed in the centre of the temazcal. The steam, combined with sacred herbs, songs, and prayers, cleanses your body, calms your mind, and opens a space for deep introspection.

During the ritual, you'll experience the 4 doors of the temazcal, each with a different purpose of healing and connection.
