On this tour, you'll get to enjoy a one-of-a-kind cultural experience. We'll head from Trujillo to the charming town of Magdalena de Cao, where you can wander through its streets and visit a craft workshop to try the traditional chicha de año, an ancient drink that's still made in the area. Then you'll check out the awesome El Brujo Archaeological Complex, starting at the Cao Museum with its seven rooms full of historical pieces, including the impressive Lady of Cao, the first female ruler of ancient Peru. Then we'll explore the archaeological site, checking out the Moche murals and the exact spot where the tattooed mummy was found. Finally, we'll head back to Magdalena de Cao for an optional lunch and then make our way back to Trujillo, arriving around 4:00 or 5:00 p.m.
