The menu features a selection of tastings that represent the most authentic side of Sicily:

• Warm homemade bread with Terre di Landro extra-virgin olive oil
• Terre di Landro green olive pâté and sun-dried tomato pâté
• Sicilian caponata
• Selection of traditional cheeses and charcuterie
• Eggs from a local farm
• Home-made pie
• Sicilian honey and marmalades
• Fresh fruit
• Juices, flavoured water, iced tea, and/or coffee
