What you can expect

Perched on a serene hillside near the traditional village of Galini, our family farm offers breathtaking views of the lush Naxian valley and the Aegean Sea. “Zymoma” (The Kneading) is a farm-to-table culinary immersion where you will discover the secrets of Naxian longevity. You will knead your own bread using Zea flour (an ancient Greek grain), harvest ingredients from our garden, and cook in a traditional wood-fired oven, all while surrounded by the history and beauty of our land. At the end, you enjoy the meal you’ve prepared.
