What you can expect

  • DAY: 01
    7:45 AM – Meeting point: Reception at the office (Like Xplorer) and pre-tour instructions.
    8:00 AM – Ballestas Islands: Boat ride to see the Candelabro geoglyph, sea lions, Humboldt penguins, guano birds, and rock formations.
    Approx. 10:00 AM – Return to the pier. 1
    10:45 a.m. Meeting point at the office.
    11:00 AM – Paracas National Reserve sightseeing tour: Visit to Supay Beach, La Catedral, Red Beach, La Mina Beach, and Lagunillas Beach (lunch not included).
    3:00 PM – Return from the land sightseeing tour.
    3:10 p.m. – Transfer to Huacachina (Ica): Journey of approx. 1 hour 30 minutes.
    1 Ride in buggies, sandboarding in Huacachina 1 hour.
    6:30 PM - 7:00 PM – Return
    Overnight stay in Huacachina (not included)

    DAY 02
    6:30 - 7:15 a.m. Pick-up in Huacachina or Plaza de Armas Ica - then transport to Ocucaje. The route along the way is attractive. We'll find beautiful natural landscapes that are a feast for the eyes and invite us to philosophy and imagination.
    The sightseeing tour is an adventure hike that includes approximately 2 hours of trekking on certain sections to reach the canyon area and see the lagoons that are formed by the groundwater itself.
    We will arrive at the Cañón de los Perdidos vantage point, where we will see the large crevice that reveals its extent and depth, which in turn serves as protection for the scavenger birds that are the guardians of this area.
    4:00 PM to 4:30 PM Arrival at Huacachina or Plaza de Armas Ica or Ica bus terminal.
