Discover Gyeonju's food culture through a unique Korean cooking experience - not just cooking, but way of life.
In this hands-on class, you will make three essential Korean dishes: bibimbap, gimbap, and Korean egg roll (gyeran-mari). Each dish represents a different way rice is enjoyed in Korean daily meals — from rolled rice, to mixed rice, to side dishes shared at the table.
Start with making Korean rolled omelette (gyeran-mari), a popular side dish with a unique texture and fun cooking technique.
Then roll your own gimbap — easy to make, visually appealing, and perfect as a versatile finger food you can enjoy in many ways.
Finally, make a vibrant Korean bibimbap, one of Korea’s most iconic and stylish dishes.
This small-group (max 5 people) class takes place in a cosy home-style kitchen with friendly English guidance. After cooking, enjoy your meal together and take home any leftovers.
This is not just a cooking class — it is a way to experience Korean food culture through rice.
Please book at least one day in advance to allow proper preparation of ingredients.
