We'll guide you to the beautiful village of the Alcantara area, Castiglione di Sicilia, a true hidden gem. As you wander through its charming streets, you'll feel the history and culture of the region come to life. Prepare for a surprising and delightful taste of Sicily as we stop at a small local cheese factory. You'll witness the traditional process of ricotta making and you’ll even get the chance to savour a selection of delicious local cheeses. From there, we'll head to the majestic Lauria Castle, which offers a spectacular panoramic view of the village and the mighty Etna. The journey continues at a family-run winery, where you'll experience the authentic flavours of Sicily. Here, you'll taste exquisite extra virgin olive oil, paired with homemade bread.

You’ll then be treated to a private wine tasting, a chance to sip the unique wines born from the rich volcanic soil. Wine tasting of 3 different glass of Etna wine accompained with a home-style starter served right by the vineyard.
On the way back, make a one-hour stop at the Alcantara Gorges and then return to Taormina, leaving you with memories of an unforgettable day.
