In this intimate class of just 10 guests, you will learn how to cook seasonal dishes from Maggie’s Recipe books led by Maggie’s team at the Farm. This cooking experience runs for a couple of hours followed by lunch, you can hear all about how Maggie and Colin started the Pheasant Farm, the evolution of property and the history of The Cook and the Chef.

This cooking school will have you learning about the menu through a demonstration, before putting on your apron to cook one of the courses which you will then share at the long table lunch with the other participants.
