We continue to Ouarzazate. Here u explore main sights. After lunch at a local café, drive to Dades Valley, Skoura Oasis, and Klaa Mgouna, the capital of the Valley of the Roses and noted for its rose water artisanal distillation facilities.

Dades Gorges

When you arrive at Boumalne Dades, follow the Dades River on a narrow road that passes by many fortified Kasbahs on the side of the route to Dades Canyons. You will arrive late in the afternoon at your hotel. Dinner and a night's stay at your Dades hotel.

Day 2: Dades Gorge → Tinghir → Todra Gorge → Erfoud → Merzouga

After some free time to take in the vastness of the cliffs and lunch, we depart early in the afternoon for Rissani, famed for its dates market and as the starting point for historic commercial caravans traversing the Sahara desert to Tomboctou.

We will proceed to Merzouga after a little pause, travelling across some rocky desert countryside. When you arrive at Merzouga, feel free to cool down in their refreshing pool before embarking on your dusk desert journey to the camp. Meet our camel caravan and ride your camels across the spectacular color-changing sand dunes against the backdrop of the sunset. We arrive at our Sahara desert tent before it becomes dark.

Merzouga

Check out the impressive dunes of Merzouga, where we will have a welcome tea and already feel how hospitable the desert people are. At this point, they leave the hostel to pack their bags and what we are not going to use in the desert and leave a caravan of camels for approximately one hour, which will take us to the tented camp. We make a stop halfway to watch the sunset in the countryside with the right traditional dinner and typical music, spending the night.

Day 3: Merzouga → Ziz Valley → Middle Atlas Cedar Forest → Ifrane → Fes

Merzouga

Begin your day by rising early to catch the sunrise on the nearby dunes, followed by a hearty breakfast back at the camp and a chance to refresh. Once energised and prepared, we set out on a morning camel trek to marvel at the stunning sunrise over the dunes or you can chose to return by 4*4. Returning from our ride wether by camel or 4*4 to the opposite side of the dunes, we then commence our onward journey to Fes.
