Travel return from Santiago to Valle Nevado, South America's largest ski resort and one of the most modern in the continent, located 46 km from the city in the Andes Mountains, with slopes ranging from 2,860 to 3,670 metres above sea level.
Your day starts with pickup from the meeting point in a comfortable, climate-controlled vehicle, accompanied by a trilingual guide (Spanish, English, and Portuguese). As you drive up into the mountains, take in panoramic views of the Andes along the way. Midway through the ascent, the tour stops at a rental shop where you can rent ski or snowboard equipment and snow clothing if needed — this is optional and paid directly on-site, not included in the tour price.
Once you arrive at Valle Nevado, you'll have free time to explore the resort at your own pace. Walk through its modern facilities, take in the panoramic mountain scenery, and enjoy the alpine atmosphere of one of Chile's premier winter destinations.
This tour covers transport only: ski passes, lift tickets, ski or snowboard lessons, and gondola rides are not included and can be purchased separately at the resort.
