Welcome to Silver Lake! This artistic area on LA's east side is one of the coolest places you can visit in Los Angeles. Silver lake is home to celebrities, amazing restaurants, great shopping, and some of LA's best hidden street art. This is the only painted stair tour led by one of the stair painters (me!)

During this 2hr walking tour, you will explore beautiful Silver Lake. This 2 mile walk will take you up and down several hidden stair cases in the area. It is a great workout, and along the way you will see famous locations like the Micheltorena Stairs, which have been dubbed “the most instagrammed stairs in the world” and the J'taime LA Stairs.

Throughout the tour, your guide will share the fascinating history of this area and LA as a whole. Hear the stories of Griffith J. Griffith, the man behind Griffith Park, and William Mulholland. Learn how Silver Lake got its name and grew into one of the most amazing areas in Los Angeles.

As we walk, you will also want to take tonnes of pictures! Your guide is happy to be your personal photographer so that you don't miss a shot. And the area is full of great places for photos. Whether you want to pose with the art or just capture the view, this tour is great for pictures.

The final stop on the tour is United Bread and Pastry, a family owned Filipino bakery. We get you a pastry to end the tour and as a reward for completing the stairs!
