What you can expect

Begin your private full-day journey exploring Bali’s UNESCO-listed temples and highland scenery, focusing on cultural landmarks shaped by centuries of Balinese tradition.

After hotel pickup, travel to Taman Ayun Temple, a royal water temple complex known for its layered meru shrines and ceremonial courtyards. Walk through the grounds while learning about its historical role in Balinese religious life.Continue north to Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, located on the shores of Lake Beratan. Dedicated to the water goddess Dewi Danu, this temple highlights the importance of lakes and irrigation in Balinese culture.

The journey then passes through the cool highland region near Mount Batukaru. Guests may choose to stop at a local restaurant overlooking the surrounding landscapes for lunch (at their own expense). This stop is optional and does not include entry into the rice terrace area. The tour concludes with a photo stop at Handara Gate, framed by the lush scenery of the Bedugul highlands, before returning to your hotel.
