What you can expect

  • On this trip, you will go for dolphin watching on a two-hour boat ride and visit the Chamarel 7 Coloured Earth.

Begin the excursion with pickup at the hotel at 6:00 AM (depending on where you are on the island). Then head out on an adventure for your encounter with dolphins in their natural environment.

Swim with wild spinner and bottlenose dolphins in their natural environment on an eco-tour along the west coast of Mauritius from Grande Riviere Noire.

Once the dolphins are spotted you can observe these aquatic specialists from the boat or even jump in for a closer look before setting course for some snorkelling around the “Aquarium” a coral barrier known to be one of the best snorkelling spots in Mauritius.

Return to the car around 9:30–10:00 AM. The next stop will be Chamarel Waterfall, and the tour will end at the 7 Coloured Earth. The driver will return you safely to your hotel after the excursion.
