The Mah'ané Yéouda market is the central market of Jerusalem.

Magnificent covered market where you can buy fruits and vegetables but also go out in the evening to party there.
But Mah'ané Yéouda is above all the kingdom of “street food” with an Israeli cuisine of fusion of cultures from the 4 corners of the world.

We will explore the market, its history, its internal culture and above all we will taste its specialities.

We will travel from Jerusalem to Yemen, Greece, Europe etc all around the Jewish world and will understand how the modern Israeli cuisine came to exist as a new version of the traditional Jewish cuisine.

We will understand the connection between food, culture, mentality and history.
