    After preparing the pizza, it's time for show cooking! Our pizza maker will show you how the famous Sicilian cannolo is prepared and you will learn the technique of filling the wafers.

What you can expect

  • Pizza is one of the world’s most beloved symbols of Italian creativity, tradition and flavour. During this engaging pizza-making class, you will learn how to knead, shape and bake your own pizza using carefully selected local ingredients and authentic Sicilian flavours.

    Upon request, the experience can also be adapted for vegetarian participants.

    You will discover techniques, secrets and useful tips that will allow you to recreate the experience at home and surprise your friends and family with a delicious pizza made with your own hands.

    The Cooking Class will continue with a special show-cooking session dedicated to one of Sicily’s most iconic desserts: the cannolo. You will learn how to fill its crispy shells according to Sicilian tradition.

    At the end of the class, all that remains is to sit back, taste your creations and enjoy an unforgettable journey through the flavours of Sicily.
