Please provide every traveler’s passport information (full name, passport number, date of birth, and nationality) when booking. The entry ticket will be reserved using these details. Travellers only need to show their passports to check in; passports will be checked twice, and no paper ticket is needed. Make all other arrangements yourself.
Option 2: Entry Ticket Reservation and On-site English Guide
Your entry ticket will be reserved in advance. Make your own way to the museum, where your English-speaking guide will meet you at the Big Statue of Emperor Qinshihuang in the Terracotta Army Museum car park. The guide will then lead a visit to all three pits in around two hours.
Option 3: Group Tour Including Ticket, Guide, and Transport
This tour starts at the front door of Bell Tower Hotel (No. 110 South Street, Beilin District, Xi’an, China) in the city centre. Please make your own way to the meeting point. A local guide will meet you there, and you will board a comfortable coach to start the tour. The drive to the archaeological site takes approximately one hour.
Upon arrival, follow your guide to discover the history of Qin Dynasty and visit all three pits (Pit 1, Pit 2 and Pit 3 tagged in the order of their discoveries) of the Terracotta Army Museum, where you will see the 2,200-year-old sculptures depicting thousands of unique figures and be shocked by the vivid life-size terracotta figures of warriors and horses. This is a sight not to be missed by any visitors to China. Visiting time will be around 2.5 hours.
Then you will have around 1 hour for lunch in an authentic local restaurant at your own expense. Afterwards, have a relaxing transfer back to city centre. You will be dropped off at Bell Tower Area, the city centre with convenient public transport and close to the sites like Muslim Street, City Wall, etc. You may continue sightseeing or return to hotel by yourself. The guide is always glad to give you suggestions.
