What you can expect

  • Begin your 2-day trekking adventure in Sembalun, one of Lombok’s most scenic mountain regions. After meeting your guide, start the ascent through farmland and gentle forest paths, gradually entering higher ridges with wide views of the surrounding valleys.

Reach the campsite in the late afternoon and settle in for a peaceful night in the mountains. Enjoy a warm meal and watch the sky change colours before resting for the sunrise summit hike.

Wake up early for the final push to the top of Mount Sempana, known for its panoramic views over the Sembalun landscape, Mount Rinjani, and rolling green hills. Spend time taking photos and enjoying the fresh mountain air before descending back to camp.

After breakfast, continue your trek back to Sembalun, passing through the same scenic trails and natural viewpoints along the way. This 2-day hike is suitable for travellers who enjoy nature, mountain scenery, and a moderate trekking experience.
