What you can expect

  • Embark on a culinary adventure in Hanoi with a local guide. Visit 3 Michelin-nominated eateries and a hidden coffee shop in the Old Quarter. Savour delicious dishes like dry chicken pho, glass noodles with crispy deep-fried eel, and smoky grilled pork with vermicelli noodles.

Begin your tour with dry chicken pho. With over 30 years of experience, this place's recipe is a local treasure, blending tender chicken with a flavourful special sauce.

Next, enjoy glass noodles with crispy deep-fried eel. The glass noodles are a delightful base for the rich, savoury broth, simmered for hours from fresh eel and bones.

The third stop will be Bun Cha, where you can indulge in smoky grilled pork and vermicelli noodles. The dish is served with a side of fresh herbs and a dipping sauce that elevates the experience. This place has gained a Michelin mention, and it’s easy to see why.

Finally, end your tour with a drink at a hidden coffee shop. Located deep inside an alley in the heart of this historical capital, an egg coffee here is the perfect finale to your culinary journey.

End our Michelin experience with a filled stomach and a relaxing 30-minute spa massage. Our guide will take you to a local spa in the Old Quarter and you can choose between a foot massage or a head washing to ease the mind or body after a long walk. After the massage, please make your way back home by yourself.

Kindly note that most of the dishes are noodle/soup type because these are the local Michelin restaurants in the Old Quarter only. We do not recommend that vegetarians or pescatarians book this tour.
