Do you really want to find out what's behind a big bottle of oil? In this farm experience, you'll enter the world of Tuscan olive growing with Bianca, an agronomist specialising in fine tree crops and founder of Mascagni Organic Farm. The tours are shared and available in Italian and English, designed for those who love the countryside and want to learn in a practical and enjoyable way.

The visit starts in the olive grove, amidst the Crete Senesi landscapes. Walking among the trees, you'll discover the methods of cultivating the olive tree, how the harvest takes place, what steps lead to the production of the oil, and what characteristics distinguish a quality extra virgin. It's a simple and engaging tour, perfect even for those without technical knowledge.

After the walk, you'll take a mini tasting course: you'll learn to recognise the sensory qualities of the oil and taste it like the pros do, using the “tulip” glass used in official analyses.

The experience ends with a tasting of our organic oil paired with local products, to turn learning into a convivial moment: Tuscan bruschetta, local cheeses, garden vegetables, and Tuscan IGT wine produced on the farm. An authentic way to fall in love with Tuscany… and not just the wine.
