We'll start our tour in the historic heart of Lima, from the Plaza de Armas, where we'll embark on an adventure full of history, culture and, above all, delicious Peruvian flavours.

Peruvian cuisine is world-renowned for its extraordinary diversity and exquisite flavour. During this tour, you'll discover some of the country's most iconic dishes, such as traditional anticuchos, sweet mazamorra morada, irresistible picarones, delicious causa rellena, and many other specialities that have won over palates around the world.

We'll visit authentic “huariques,” those secret, traditional spots frequented by Peruvians themselves, where you can discover true local flavours at affordable prices. In addition to tasting each dish, you'll learn about the history, ingredients, and culinary secrets passed down from generation to generation by our talented cooks, affectionately known in Peru as “las señitos.”

The only requirement to take part in this experience is to come with a big appetite, a desire to learn about Peruvian food culture, and, of course, to enjoy a fun and unforgettable time with us.

To round off this experience, we'll take part in an interactive class on how to make the traditional Pisco Sour, where you can learn how to prepare it and taste different varieties and flavours, such as lemon, passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and other delicious combinations.
