We'll meet at the Chocolaterie chocolate shop, where we'll dive into the fascinating world of chocolate, in a place with a strong tradition in the production of this age-old delicacy.
Once there, we'll be served a wide variety of bars and bonbons with different cocoa percentages. First, we'll taste four semisweet and dark chocolates to learn how to distinguish their nuances on the palate. Next, we'll taste four Patagonian chocolates, characterised by the fusion of Belgian chocolate with local fruits. We'll discover flavours ranging from the most intense to the mildest, thanks to their blend of ingredients.
All this while we tell you the storey of the chocolaterie and discover why Bariloche is known as Argentina's chocolate capital. Finally, we'll do a blind tasting of seven different chocolates. In this activity, we'll try to guess the ingredients in the chocolate. A game that's as fun as it is delicious!
