Together, we'll determine the best time slot for you to offer you a yoga session that is fully designed and customised according to your wishes and needs. It can be held in the Maria Luisa Park or at any other location.

In this must-see place in Seville, Maria Luisa Park, you will be lulled by the sounds of nature and the elements, as well as a practice that is sometimes dynamic and sometimes gentle.

Suitable for all levels, each private lesson is 100% personalised according to your needs, desires, and feelings at the time. The session is designed just for you. I guide you, make adjustments, and answer your questions. I guide you through different types of yoga (yin, vinyasa, kundalini) and other practices such as breathing, meditation, journaling, etc.

The goal of my class is for you to leave feeling relaxed, at ease, and more in tune with your needs, desires, and feelings. In my classes, there are only invitations, no obligations.

Equipment:

• A mat can be loaned to you (on request).

The exact location of the activity will be sent to you once the booking is confirmed. It's right in the middle of María Luisa Park, not far from the beautiful Plaza de España, where you can go before and after the class.

If it's rainy, which is rare but does happen, we'll meet under the arches of the Spanish Steps. I will send you the GPS coordinates after booking.
