Enjoy an authentic private experience in the heart of the Ostuni countryside, where cuisine, tradition and hospitality come together in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.

Unlike traditional cooking classes, this experience is reserved exclusively for you and your companions. We do not combine bookings from different groups: you will be the only guests present for the entire duration of the activity.

The experience begins with a welcome aperitif accompanied by a glass of local wine, a perfect moment to get to know each other and tell you something about our region and Apulian culinary traditions.

We will then move to the villa's kitchen, where we will prepare one of the region's most iconic recipes together. Starting with simple ingredients, we will make traditional handmade Apulian orecchiette, prepare the classic tomato and basil sauce, and cook the meatballs according to recipes handed down through family tradition.

This is not just a demonstration: you will be involved in every stage of the preparation and will have the opportunity to literally get your hands in the dough, discovering techniques, fun facts and little secrets of Pugliese cuisine.

Once the preparation is complete, the most special moment of the experience will arrive.

We will settle into our private Greenhouse, a charming conservatory immersed in nature and surrounded by the tranquility of the Ostuni countryside. Here, you can relax and enjoy everything we have prepared together, experiencing a moment of genuine conviviality in a unique and private setting.

Amid stories, good food and a family atmosphere, the goal is not just to learn a recipe, but to spend a few hours as guests, sharing traditions, flavours and the true Apulian welcome.
