Know before you book

    • To use and validate your ticket, you must download the 'Buenos Aires City Bus' app to your mobile device, available on Google Play and the App Store. Once downloaded, enter your reservation number to obtain the corresponding QR codes (one per person). These QR codes must be presented when boarding
    • We recommend downloading the app in advance and connecting to a Wi-Fi network to pre-download the audio guide and map. This way, you can use its main features during your tour of the city, even without an internet connection.
    • From the app, you can also check the real-time location of the buses, access information on all stops, and listen to the audio guide, available directly in the app. Remember to bring your own headphones, as the audio guide will play from your mobile device through the app.
    • Operates Monday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The bus begins running at 9:20 am from stop 0 (Av. Roque Saenz Peña 728) and stop 12 (Av. Santa Fe 808). Buses run approximately every 30 minutes. The last buses of the day depart at 5:30 pm.
    • The walking tour is a free, optional activity that operates on a voluntary payment system for the guide. To confirm tour times, please consult with the guide on board the bus. Tours are subject to weather and operational conditions. In the event of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
    • The River Plate Museum is open Monday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Express visits to the stands are available at the following times: 11:15 a.m. / 1:15 p.m. / 3:15 p.m. / 5:30 p.m. The Boca Juniors Museum is open Monday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
    • Tours will not be offered on River Plate or Boca Juniors home games. Express visits to La Bombonera and the Monumental stadium are subject to availability at each stadium.

With your ticket, you can hop on and off freely at any of the stops along the route, organising your visit according to your own schedule and interests.

    To enhance your experience, you'll have access to the Buenos Aires City Bus App, which lets you carry all the route information directly on your smartphone. From the app, you can access your entry QR code, view the map and stop information, track the buses' location in real time, and enjoy an informative GPS audio guide available in 11 languages. Remember to bring your own headphones.

    The app also features an offline mode, so you can download the audio guide and map in advance, save your tickets with QR codes, and access them even without an internet connection.

    In addition, your Tourist Bus ticket includes the opportunity to participate in free Walking Tours with expert guides. These tours depart from designated stops along the circuit and offer an excellent opportunity to discover some of Buenos Aires' most iconic areas and landmarks on foot, guided by a local expert.

    River Plate Museum
    From the stop in the Nuñez area, you can connect with a visit to the River Plate Museum. Learn about the history of one of the most important Argentine teams and admire its showcases with its national and international achievements. Founded on November 9, 2009, the River Museum houses the most precious treasures of the history of Club Atlético River Plate. In its 120 years, the Club has lived glorious moments both in sports and institutional terms. Whether in football or in corporate terms, the Museum reflects each of these stages in different ways.

    Boca Juniors Museum
    From the stop in the area of La Boca, you can connect with the visit to the Museo de la Pasión Boquense. You will walk through different thematic exhibitions with photos, videos, national and international trophies and the collection of shirts of the idols who made history in the club.

    Both visits are to be done during or after the Hop On Hop Off.
