Your visit begins with an introduction to the history of the estate and our wine-making methods, followed by a narrated tour of our rock-cut cellars. You will discover each stage in the production of our cuvées, from pressing to ageing.

The tour continues with a commented tasting of 6 iconic cuvées: 1 Crémant de Bourgogne, 3 wines with the village appellation, and 2 Premiers Crus. The food tasting is accompanied by gougères with different flavours: Comté, Époisses, snails with parsley, etc.
