What you can expect

No trip to Vietnam is complete without visiting its most desired destination, the magnificent Ha Long Bay (translated as The Bay of the Descending Dragon!). Experience the beauty of the bay the best way, by cruising aboard a Deluxe Junk Cruise.

Day 1: Majestic Ha Long Bay (-/L/D)

We will pick you up at your hotel and transfer to the pier to board a junk where welcome drinks await. Relax and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while cruising through the magical bay where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the water. After lunch, choose to take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay, take a swim on the beach, or relax and sunbathe on the deck. Later in the afternoon we will return to the boat to catch the majestic sunset and if you like, you can join a cooking class at a nearby restaurant and enjoy the meal you have prepared. Stay overnight on the Junk Cruise.

Day 2: Ha Long Bay – Disembark (B/L/-)

There is an optional early wake up call to take-in the sunrise over the bay. Relax with a cup of hot coffee before departing to the splendid Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave), where stalactites of all different sizes and shapes hang high above you. Enjoy a Vietnamese lunch on board while cruising back to the pier for a transfer back to your hotel.
