Join your local host in Punta Cana for a relaxed 3-hour cooking experience built around a Dominican family-style menu and the culture behind it. Start with Passion Colada, then prepare a fresh guasacaca-style sauce, arepitas de yuca, and mofonguitos. Continue with pica pollo, tostones, and moro de guandules con coco, then finish with dulce de coco con leche and Morir Soñando, the classic Dominican orange-and-milk drink. As you cook and taste, your host shares the stories behind each dish and the everyday traditions that shape Dominican dining. The menu may vary slightly depending on season and availability. Morir Soñando is widely recognised as a Dominican drink made with milk and orange juice, and Punta Cana tourism explicitly recommends trying local foods like pica pollo and tostones.

This is not a hotel buffet or a generic demo. It is a home-style class centred on a full Dominican menu that moves from tropical drinks to savoury bites, a main dish, and a coconut dessert. The menu brings together recognisable local staples, mofongo/mofonguitos, pica pollo, tostones, and Morir Soñando, so the experience feels unmistakably Dominican.
