This is what I invite you to discover in my wines for your enjoyment.
Organic farming in the vineyard. This requires a harvest spread over a period from early September to mid-October: Only fully ripe grapes are picked.
The grape varieties used to make rosé wines are harvested at night (from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.) and immediately chilled in order to produce pale, aromatic wines.
All these measures help to ensure the quality, finesse and elegance of the wines from Le Jas des Oliviers estate.
