In the heart of Palermo's historic old town, Almera Home Restaurant opens the doors of Salvo and Maria's home to welcome a few guests at a time for a private, authentic, and deeply convivial dining experience.

This is not a traditional dinner, but a journey designed to let you experience Sicily through the atmosphere of the house, the storey of the dishes, sharing, and the time spent together around the table.

The experience takes place in an intimate and elegant setting, with a limited number of seats to ensure attention, care for detail, and a personal welcome. During the evening, guests are guided through a food tasting menu inspired by contemporary Sicilian cuisine, made with selected ingredients and preparations that highlight the territory, seasonality, and gastronomic memory.

Each course is presented directly by the hosts, transforming dinner into a moment of dialogue, discovery and connection. The pace of the evening is slow and relaxed, designed to leave room for conversation, conviviality, and the pleasure of feeling like guests rather than just customers.

Almera is ideal for couples, travellers looking for authentic experiences, special occasions, or for those who want to experience Palermo in a different way, truly getting in touch with the culture of Sicilian hospitality.
