You’ll receive your own professional bartender tools, choose your music playlist, turn up the vibe, and take command of the bar as if it were your own. Guided by the professional team, you’ll shake, stir, infuse, flame, taste, and experiment with cocktails inspired by Panama and the world. Discover local ingredients — tropical fruits, exotic herbs, native spices, local chilis, spirits, rum, and flavours rooted in Panamanian culture. Learn the stories behind the ingredients, where they come from, and why they matter. Invent your own drink, give it a name, bottle it, and customise the label to take home your very own personalised cocktail creation. There will be music, laughter, chaos, behind-the-bar moments, a fun photo shoot, and plenty of opportunities to let loose and fully embrace the experience. You are creating, tasting, laughing, learning, experimenting, hosting, pouring shots, controlling the music, and taking over the bar inside one of Panama’s most historic spaces. Whether you’re celebrating, travelling, dating, making memories with friends, or just want a storey you’ll never forget— This is your moment to be the Star of the Bar.
