What you can expect

  • Forest Mind is a Finnish well-being method including various types of relaxation and mindfulness. Utilising the natural healing effects of nature.
    While on this short journey with the guide you will hike about three kilometres and enjoy a warm drink by a fire or on a gas stove depending if a fire warning is in place.
    We will also perform some mindfulness tasks along the way.

    This type of tour is a perfect for those wanting to venture into nature and do some fun exercises to help bring you a little closer to nature.

    This will be held in Kauppi forest, and it is easily accessed by Bus number 2, and the meeting point will be the well known sauna car park at Rauhaniemi.

    Being a private tour you're welcome to bring along your dogs :)
