Get ready to experience one of the most magical sunsets of your life while driving an quad bike along the roads of Teide National Park.
Your adventure begins in Puerto de la Cruz with an initial briefing to familiarise yourself with the quad bike. After a short practice session on traffic-free roads, it's time to start the real adventure. Our first stop will be in the historic centre of La Orotava, a 17th-century town that you'll explore at the wheel of your powerful quad bike, enjoying its charm in a unique way.
From there, the big climb begins: 40 km uphill to reach an altitude of 2,400 metres. With each bend, the landscape transforms into a different show: endless valleys, pine forests, and lava flows that seem to be from another planet. If the weather permits, once you pass 1,600 metres, you'll see the famous Sea of Clouds, a unique atmospheric phenomenon that makes Tenerife a green island all year round.
The highlight comes at Teide National Park, a World Heritage Site. From a privileged vantage point, you'll see the first light of sunset, with Mount Teide in the background and the Sea of Clouds at your feet. But the best is yet to come: we'll start the descent before the sun goes down so that you can experience the sunset while riding your quad bike. Mile by mile, the road lights up in golden and pink hues, creating an epic sunset you'll never forget.
Throughout the activity, you'll be accompanied by a professional guide who will set the pace, point out the key spots along the route, and ensure a safe, fun, and group-friendly experience. No previous experience is needed, just a desire to have fun and a category B driving licence.
This route is designed for those looking for more than just an excursion: an intimate, exclusive, and unique experience. Perfect for couples, adventurers, photography lovers, or any traveller looking to take home a truly special souvenir from Tenerife.
