Begin your experience with a guided walk through the vineyards that surround the winery. Visit the wine cellar, where you’ll learn about the vinification process and ageing techniques.
Taste a selection of wines, including Vernaccia di San Gimignano D.O.C.G. and Chianti Colli Senesi D.O.C.G., both in the vintage and Riserva versions. Tasting will also include Vinsanto del Chianti D.O.C. accompanied with traditional cantuccini.
Wines will be paired with cured meats, cheese, dried fruits and cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from the farm's olive grove.
