Enjoy the local cuisine with vegetarian and gourmet options. The evening is free for you to explore or enjoy an optional folk music show.

The second day takes you to La Higuera, 61 km from Vallegrande, where you'll visit the little school, the Quebrada del Churo (the site of Che's last battle and capture), Jaguey, and the telegraph operator's house.
