Our lessons take place at Playa Negra Cahuita, one of the best surf beaches in the Costa Rican Caribbean, a beach break with long waves.
Start the lesson by doing some basic stretches and learning the proper technique for getting on your board, as well as some safety tips.

At the end of our short training session, we'll be ready to surf for about 1 hour, learning the basics with a professional local instructor. Then we'll have a short break to enjoy fresh fruit and talk with your instructor about how to improve your new skills. After your break, jump back into the water to spend the rest of your time surfing and improving the new skills you've learned.
