Disgorging Experience: Become a winemaker for a moment.

Accompanied by a guide, you will tour our cellars, where you will learn all about the key stages in the champagne-making process, from the harvest to the second fermentation
the second fermentation, and ageing.
You will take part in a blind tasting of three Grand Cru champagnes from the same blend but with different dosages.

This tasting will help you understand the impact of the dosage on the aromas, texture and character of the champagne.

You will then continue the experience with a workshop where you will disgorge a half-bottle on the fly, add the dosage of your choice and manually dress the bottle with a back label personalised with your name. Don't worry, the half-bottle is yours!
