The tour begins with a welcome on our panoramic terrace, which offers a spectacular view of our organic vineyards and olive groves.
Here, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the Sicilian region and discover the passion we put into cultivating our grapes and olives, with full respect for the environment. Afterwards, we will guide you through our vineyards so you can get to know the heart of our activity up close.
After the walk among the rows, we will enter the winery to explain the production process: from vinification to ageing in wood to bottling. Special attention will be given to our Metodo Classico sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes.
The culmination of the experience will be the tasting, a true sensory journey. You will taste four of our organic wines, carefully selected to let you appreciate the variety and richness of our terroir.
Each sip will be accompanied by a description of the organoleptic characteristics and aromatic notes.
To accompany these excellent wines, we prepare a platter of typical local, zero-kilometer products according to season, followed by a typical Sicilian dessert to end on a sweet note.
