Know before you book

    • Check in 40 minutes prior to the flight departure.
    • Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cut-off time will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
    • A no show fee of the full fare will be charged 20 minutes prior to flight departure on unclaimed seats; any return portion will be automatically cancelled
    • If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
    • On all scheduled service flights: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to departure. Within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee
    • The guaranteed luggage allowance is 20lbs. Anything in excess will be on a stand by/space available basis with extra charge
